About Naan Sense
Naan Sense is a limited-edition edible orchestra where Durban Indian cuisine is reimagined through luxury fine dining and molecular gastronomy.
Inspired by our founder’s love for authentic Indian cuisine and the elegance of fine dining, she realised that there was a space waiting to be filled; A space between nostalgia and nuance. And so, Naan Sense was composed. A place where childhood flavours are reimagined as edible theatre and every course is a surreal, synchronised performance.
